    Ok.. ime about 140-145 and am having shoulder surgery... out anywhere from 6-9 months.. i want to get fucking huge... 185 would be ideal after cutting so 190-195... how can i continue towards this goal if i cant do any real upperbody lifting for a while

    doctor said if it puts stress on shoulder dont do it, and he said no squats either...

    should i just run, do a shitload of bodyweight squats, wallsits, stairs, and calf raises, abs and stationary bike until i can go full bore on upper body..
