GENERAL CONSENSUS on Fast POST WORKOUT carbs PRE CONTEST?

    wms? dextrose? gatorade?

    one of the dilemmas ive always had was how much simple sugars to consume post workout when REALLY drying out and shredding out hard...im talking 2-3 weeks out from a competition per se, what do pros use?

    would 1 scoop of WMS be fine or too much PWO?

    half a gatorade?

    pur/wolfhunter/timbercougar what do you guys use?

    gatorade bro 20 oz exactly what i used for show and with my guys usually, its 35mgs so its not alot at all... save your money believe me. Waxy is great carb up pre contest, dextrose if your fucking with insulin. Dont let anyone fool ya otherwise..

    In June, but when i dry out and shred i go balls to the wall. just asking for curiosity. but yeah, i will compete in june seemingly.

    is there a diff in using the premade shit or buying the powder and mixing it yourself? iirc the type of sugar used is different.

    dude, i got up to 225, i couldnt wipe my ass, i just dont feel comfortable there, i can be 205 shredded out of my fuckin brains right now once i introduce more tren/hop back on test/winny if not heavier. trust me. im not gettin up to 250 bro.

    basically mike i dont want to walk around like a bloated fucking pig anymore. i gained some solid size, at this rate to get to be a heavyweight id have to bulk for a solid 2 years with my cholestrol and bp through the fucking roof and not get any pussy until im 29

    at your height, i wouldnt even think of entering and npc show under 220 bro. Most will be 5'7 and 215-220 harder then you can imagine. You wouldnt have to get to heavy though, just add lbm ass we go and level out. Unless you just wanna do it for the sake of doing a show and the challenge, im all for that.

    bro im not competing with 5'7 monsters at 215. ill enter a light heavy/middle weight competition then. thats just ridiculous. no way im getting to 270.

    tell ya what, i will send ya real pics of me in gym at 218-220 on nothing and you tell me if im bloated or uncomfortable, i know what your saying but that will subside once your body adjusts. I wont let you get bloated or fat, i dont believe in it bro. So dont worry about that.

    8-10 is max offseason for my guys man, i dont waste time with anything over it for a national or pro event. Theres not reason to be a fat pig, your less anabolic when bf is higher, same can be said when its too low but i know a handful of people who are that lean anyway... cough...timber..
