general back workouts, still rehabing from lower back

    been a little over 2 months since my lower back injury. since last month, didnt bother doing good mornings, rows, deadlifts, and other standing movements with heavy weight.

    im lacking on my back and would like to change things up. my typical routine has been:

    pull-ups: 3x MAX
    t-bar row machine: 3x8
    seated db shrugs: 3x8
    lat pull downs (behind head): 3x8
    hyper ext: 3x MAX

    what changes would you make to this routine? no leg curling, pain in the ankles:o
