Note: This is day one of NO Xplode. Taste is amazing, I spent a bit longer at the gym than normal (30 mins or so) and still have energy. We will see if there is anything real over the next few weeks. Normally when I get home from the gym I'm famished and require food, today I was not only NOT hungry, I was feeling quite full from the morning drink. I still drank a Costco muscle milk light for the protein. Dinner yesterday (Red Robin, somewhat late @ 7pm) may have something to do with it.

    Measurements today (all relaxed):
    16" Neck
    13.5" biceps
    31" waist
    14" calves

In prague now, my hotel has 1 treadmill, one ski machine, and dumbbels up to 10kgs.

I ran 30 minutes (hard run) each day so far (mon, tues) and did random weight stuff as best I could. 21s yesterday, db presses. Today I did reverse flies and tricep extensions.

The treadmill in the hotel gym was broken today... I did 21s X 5 (Pyramids) and the stair climber for 10 minutes before I just said screw it and got what I think was a croissant that appeared to be dipped in liquid sugar, and 3 eggs. That croissant was amazing. Now I wanna go throw it up. I sooo have issues.

After looking at my pics, seems like my biceps are starting to fill out a little! Happy about that.

Your chest looks really fucking weird in the last pic. Hopefully once you get more muscle, it won't look so girly.

Well you're making great progress. I'm sure another 6 months or so and you'll look totally different.

Ran out of supps this last monday so I'm changing it up a bit. Here is what I am taking now:

    Purple Wraath (PreWO)
USP Labs Anabolic Pump (1 cap, 3 times a day)
CEE tablets (3 caps PreWO, 3 caps PostWO)

I will take "before" pics tomorrow morning before the gym, then update with a pic a week.

Also, I am being okay on my diet tracking on fitday now, here is my public log: http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=geekierthanyou

Photos look great! What was the shutter speed at? f4.0?

I've yet to take progress photos with my SLR. Using my G9 for now for convenience.
