How do you add on to an existing game? Is there a program that I could pick up? Thanks!

Yeah, each game will have its own development SDK. There is no universal "game mod" program that you can use to mod a game. In fact, some games don't even let you mod them at all. What game are you looking to mod?

    lol.

there is usually a "level editor" for older games u can get from the game developer. lots of games used to come with them. with newer games they might not be as popualr, or might come pre-installed. its hard work, i seen people do it and i couldn't comprehend it with my little n00b programmming brain.

Sorry, I know NOTHING about doing this. I would very much like to start doing it... Sorry for my ignorance... we were all there at one time. Toyota Kawasaki... what I saw was a Halo 2 mod. How the hell they did it, I will never know. Just wanted to see what I could do out there.
