Hey, trying to gain weight, somewhere around 10 pounds in a month, any suggestions or help.

Nope, 1lb a week sounds about right. Stickes are the threads at the top of this forum that have STICKY next to them, they have all the info you need.

Does nothing without a diet. One of my mates has been lifting for most of this year he told me, he looks absolutely the same. You couldn't even tell, i doubt he eats anywere enough, i recon he's actually lost weight.
Fitday.com is going to help you, 3500 calories a day, 30%+ protein. Do it.
