I searched and all i came up with was garbage and a bunch of mixed answers. I am 5'11", and weigh roughly 135 lbs. I've always been skinny and have never been one to work out. I'm dead set on gaining weight, and getting toned. I don't want to look like a body builder. I quit smoking, so that will definitely help. I did a calorie calculator and found out that my calorie intake should be 3100+ a day. So i'm working on that. My main question is, what kind of supplements should i take to gain weight? Creatine? Whey protein? I work out very little, and don't have any desire to get ripped. Just healthy looking. Should I atleast be running and doing push ups, pull ups etc etc? Thanks in advance.
