    sounds about right

    means a 185lb guy should be eating ~4600 cals to bulk

    I'm 205lbs.. I couldn't imagine eating 5K cals a day..

    I'm trying to target 3K a day... and worried about that.

    more cals = more size

    if you want to grow faster, eat more

    3000 cals is hardly enough to bulk for someone over 200lbs

    According to the Harris Benedict formula, I should be eating 3265.93 cals a day, based on a moderate workout schedule of 3-5 days a week.

    depends on the person, i gain weight on 3k and im 280. start at 2000 and add 500/week from there so you can gauge.

    Seems like really high protein for a someone my weight(175). I agree with the 19xbodyweight for adults.

    he mentions weight gaining suplements, i always hear they are bad for you, but he sais you should take em.

    he's talkign about meal replacements not weight gainers. Weight gainers are full of sugar, the products he listed are not.
