Gaining about 2 lbs per week...

    Is this a solid track to stay on for bulking? I'm taking in roughly 4500 calories a day, some days more, rarely less. I was thinking of bumping up to 5000, but not really sure. My goal is 225, and then will evaluate if I wanna keep on bulking to 235+.......
