Gained a lot when i stopped supplementing

    This is what I had been using strictly...all while on a good diet.

    Creatine Mono/CEE both
    NO-xplod
    at least 3 protein shakes a day
    at least 3 cups of steelcut oats a day
    fish oil, flax oil, green tea
    multivitamins
    glutamine
    BCAA's
    ZMA
    also tried a gb/wb stack in there somewhere

    but these past two weeks i've been on the same diet and cleaned my system of all this shit and I've actually bulked up a bit and gotten stronger...really weird, any thoughts?

    why would you cut out protein and oats? Why are you taking cee and mono hydrate? Why would you stop taking you multi vitamins and flaxseed oil? WHY!?

    first week i was on spring break, didn't have any of that stuff with me

    i'm not taking cee and mono at the same time, just ran through the mono and tried the cee after

    and other than that i've just been too lazy to put all this shit in me, gotta clean my system then start up again

    Since you went on spring break I assumed you didn't lift. A week off can actually make you feel better in the gym and you can come back a little stronger.

    Recovery is a good thing.
