G3 macs have a dvd reading drive right?

    Someone was talking to me today about G3s and wanting to know if they would play dvd movies, and i said sure, but now i am not certain if they all did or if just some did.......

    the G3 iMacs didnt, at least both of mine didnt.

    i had the original bondi 233mhz and the imac graphite 600mhz..

    Powermacs? Powerbooks? iMacs? Depends on the model. Some only had CDROM, some had DVD, others had CDRW.

    The blue and white powermacs had them.
