Don't waste your time or money. Maybe they'll get it right with the 2nd or 3rd release but the first run is garbage. Huge thank you to the guys at rainier though for allowing me to exchange it for a hahn. Even with the mag block being purchased in December.

The problems with the cproducts mag are:

-It's horrible fit. The block has a fair bit of play while in the magwell (checked on 3 lowers)
-Ejector is looser than a craigslist hooker. Loose enough where it will actually move outside of the feed lips on the mag.
-Feed ramp is rough and extremely high. The sides are also rough and look to be hand finished (poorly)
-With a mag inserted there is easily 1/4-1/2" of play from muzzle to stock at the base of the mag.

-12 for cproducts and their inability to produce a decent magblock:squint:
-23 for cproducts inability to return a phone call or email.:ugh:

+117 for rainier arms kicking ass as usual. :bigthumb:

Wow, that's strange, I've heard nothing but good about C-Products' ... products... and their customer service.

Thanks for the heads up though just the same.

After the arfcom group buy fiasco, I turned my back on C Products...

I've heard similar things about CP blocks being garbage. Because of that I'm trying to decide between the RRA and the Hahn. I might have to come finger fuck yours before I buy one.

What happened there? I always thought their magazines were rather highly regarded?

CProducts has some very serious QC issues I think, I won't buy any of their stuff again.

They bit off more than they could chew. They kept promising black teflon mags and kept pushing it back farther and farther. After three months, I cancelled, got my money back after a week of emails and calls, and bought D&H black teflon mags instead.

I think they grew a little too fast at the expense of quality. I'm glad Magpul hasn't done that

Man, I've had great luck with C-products AR mags. We did a buy right after the election of a couple hundred and they shipped within a week or two for ~$9 each with the anti-tilt followers.

Sucks to hear their magwells are no good.

Yeah I ordered 20 Stoner mags (made by cproducts) when someone posted a link for $10 each, i was going to resell some of them but when i saw the garbage at shows i chose to hold on them. really nice mags compared to brownells.

I was one of the first ones on the list for black teflon which is what pissed me off so much. Oh well, the D&H ones are good enough. Will probably sell them this weekend and completely switch to PMAGs.

Nice finish what does that matter for?
Followers? If I gave you a bunch of different magazines with diffrent followers could you tell the difference?
Feel pretty solid? I actually prefer the magazine to be thinner

I loved the aluminum 30rd CProducts mags I had and love the 30rd Stainless Teflon coated mags I currently have.

That being said, their 20rd Stainless mags have given me nothing but problems and refuse to hold 20rds under any circumstances, even after a return to CProducts.

Another +1 to CProducts loosening QC to meet demands.

I got my hahn block in and installed today. soooo much better than the cproducts. The fit is perfect. Very little play with a magazine inserted the ejector actually lines up correctly and does not have 1/8" of play in it. All of my cproducts mags activate the bolt catch and lock up tightly.

I did have to switch to a dpms mag catch as the rra one was a little short and wouldn't hold the mag with either block.

There is a shitty pic around here somewhere with the cproducts block installed. I'll try and take a new one here in a while. I've been having M. J. Fox syndrome trying to take pics lately.

HAHA. I love that your parts list is what I had going on in my head. 9mm SBR ~5-7" barrel and supressor under a FF Handguard.
