just came back from the Puyallup Gun Show to snag a few parts for my G23.

    got the following:

    Glock OEM 3.5# connector
    Glock OEM extended slide release
    Lightning Strike SS captured rod
    ISMI 20# recoil spring
ISMI 22# recoil spring (for the 357SIG conversion)

unfortunately, not many Glock guys were at the show, so i had to order the other shit online...

    so i ordered:

    Glock OEM smooth trigger
Lone Wolf adjustable Ultimate Trigger Stop
Wolff Springs competition spring pack (striker, safety plunger, trigger)
    Lightning Strike radiused safety plunger
    THE aluminum magwell
    2x 13rd Glock mags w/ Glock +2 extensions

once this stuff comes in, i'm gonna grind down all the rough edges on the trigger bar, connector, and striker, polish them, and drop them off at Arotek for coating. hopefully after all is said and done, i'll be able to live with the trigger. :hsugh:

the temptation to trade in the receiver for an updated, fingergroove model is tempting me. :hs:

    oh the gayness!!!

i just checked this site out... http://www.handgunneroutlet.net/

they have a "single action" comp trigger conversion for $200.

and i just blew $150 for all this crap when i could have had this done which would have resolved my one true complaint with the Glock.

maybe i'll just see if the crap i bought works... if not, i can unload it on some other dumb Glocker. pure percentage of retarded Glock owners runs in my favor... and all the nooberts who can only afford a Glock for a first gun...
