what do these do & what are there benefits?

citrulline malate reduces aerobic fatigue and reduces lactic acid accumulation
is anybody using these & seeing good results?
I love it. Took it while I was doing a routine that took near 2hrs a day (arnold's basic), and I'd still be going strong at the end of the WO. I stacked it w/CEE & Di-Arginine, definately the most effective combo of supps I've taken.
Citrulline 3g before/after WO
Di-Arginine 3g before/after
CEE 1.5g before/after
are you able to combine any of these into one drink?
for instance with cee, there's no way that im going to drink it with whey.
or are they any capsule forms that you would suggest for either of these?
although, ive been considering the powder form (arginine ethyl ester from BN).
got the powders from BN, I just dump 'em in w/a little juice or coke. they disolve well w/a spoon & the taste never bothered me.
