We tested anaerobic power. There was 4 in my group...one guy and three other girls. This was our values:
Peak Anaerobic Power Relative Peak Anaerobic Power

    subject 1 (guy): 1092 Watts 13.65 W/Kg
    Me: 680.4 Watts 9.13 W/Kg
    subject 3 (girl): 613.2 Watts 6.13 W/Kg
    subject 4 (girl): 470.0 Watts 7.13 W/Kg
    subject 5 (girl): 352.8 Watts 5.98 W/Kg

was tough...one girl almost puked but she ate right before we did the testing :mamoru:

And exactly how did you go about testing that? I mean what are you measuring?

sorry that totally didn't post how I wanted it to...the first number is Peak anaerobic power, the second is relative anaerobic power

it's actually not hard to test at all...just a couple calculations to find the pre-determinded force, then use the YMCA egrometry protocol which tells you how much to increase the force at each stage...then follow the wingate anaerobic test which pretty much you go all out on a cycle ergometer. Sounds easy but was physically really challenging.

sorry that's all the data that I have...I could probably get more from other groups.

Truly what this test is looking at the maximum rate of the ATP-PC system...how fast your body can produce ATP in short intense exercise

but where I had a fairly high power output for girls...my fatigue index calculations showed that I lost 58% of my power over the 30 seconds..which means my anaerobic endurance sucks...or maybe my anaerobic glycolysis is jacked

did you reject the null hypothesis? :hsd:

those numbers don't really mean much to me. there's not much context. all i can conclude is you are stronger than 3 other girls but the guy still owns you :noes:
