full body workout

    what would you guys do for a full body workout? i usually do split but i want to throw in some full body circuits.

    In order:

    Deadlifts
    Bench Press
    Squats
    Military/Push Press (Barbell)
    Lat Pulldown
    Lunges
    Lateral Raises/Upright Row
    Leg Curl/Extension
    Bicep Curl
    Tricep Extension/Skull Crushers

    What I used to do back in the day as a full body workout, i do military press and lat pulldown's as a superset and back then i did leg extension or curls and curls as a superset. This is just an example what a full body workout can look like and i used this

    I do this 3 times a week now, love it.

    Bench
    Deads
    Dips
    Pull ups/downs or barbell row (alternate)
    Curls
    Squats
    BB or DB shoulder press

    I can't imagine trying to do squats, deadlifts, bench, and military all in one day and then still having the energy to give sufficient attention to my other lifts.

    Today I did 4 sets of squats before my back routine (which is usually just 3 sets of 4 different exercises) and it raped me. I usually don't do that but I didn't feel like I hit my legs hard enough on my last day so I decided to throw in some extra squats before my next leg day.

    the best gains i've seen in a long time have been on 3x week full body
