full body vs muscle isolation workout

    this has probably been covered, but what do you guys think of a full body workout vs isolating a specific muscle group (i.e. pull one day, push another)? what's the difference in results?

    I have become a fan of training for movements. Squat day, bench day, deadlift day, military day.

    i'm a fan of full body movements. i.e. cleans, clean n presses, now adding thrusters... along with the big three
