    its fucking keeping me up till 5 AM, mutha fucka, this is my first time back on it in about 2 months. how do you guys start out dosing? i took 2 of each today one at 2 and one at 6:wtc::hs:

    you should probobly take it at an earlier time, maybe one at 10 then another one at 2. Also since your just starting again maybe just do dose the first day.

    I only take it first thing in the morning....around 8am before my workout.

    Yeah. 24mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine and 1g tyrosine.
    Only do it for 1-2 weeks straight and then halve the dosage.

    If you're taking it as a fat-burner, yeah- start with one dose per day, then assess. Go up from there.

    You can also leave the caffeine out of your last dose of the day if you're having trouble sleeping.

    i wouldnt take anything past 4pm

    and if caffeine effects you that much, look into getting some L-Theanine

    it helped, i didnt sleep at all last night, im so fucking burned out

    uh, when i sleep till 1:30 i generally stay up till 3-4am no problem. ceaze gets it right again.
