I'm the web designer for my regiment's website, which needs a major overhaul. I learned today that every page I code needs to be passed by a fucking civvy first, then he approves of it and uploads it. I've been doing this for longer than he has, I doubt I'll break the Brigade webserver.

How am I supposed to code if I can't access the server?

Actually I'm 031. :mamoru: But I volunteered to be webmaster.

Turbo, yes I code off a file off my computer but coding without root http directory access makes error checking fairly difficult.

FYI I USED TO work with web pages. A little before the military, and I used to do what you do now.
