 I'm in the middle of an attack right now, they last a month or two... no outward symptoms from this one, but my strength and energy levels are way down... lifts I was banging out easy as shit 3 weeks ago, I'm struggling on this week.

    I hate this shit.

yeah I don't let the bullshit get me down. I was just repeating to my lifting partner, "It'll be over soon, I'll be back at 100% pretty soon." then I'd cuss at the bar and try to pull that shit.

F&N helps keep me going. you lytew8 faggots.

I'll be honest, I was feeling pretty tired and dragging ass about going to the gym today. Then I read this thread, got fired up, and had a kickass workout.

Made me realize I have no excuses.

Hey bud...my brother has MS and it hit him severely fast. I wish he would have started to work out just to keep his muscles going, but he never started. He hated taking the shots and just wanted it to go away on its own. Well it doesnt and now the poor guy isnt doing so well. Just keep on fighting and youll keep on truckin. I've seen what happens and I think you have the right idea. Keep at it bro! :bigthumb:
