FUCK!!! v.lost10lbsinamonth

    so about a month ago i injured my back while squatting, my numbers at the time were:
    189lbs
    200 bench
    295 squat
    275 deadlift

    so i took the month off.. i tried desperately to work out while injured but it would spasm like crazy if i lifted heavy.. so i just did body weight excercises at night. i weighed myself today (second day back) and i am at exactly 180lbs:mad::mad:
    my numbers on my first day back:
    155x6 bench
    225x10 squat
    185x10 deadlift

    my goal for before aug 1st was to reach 200lbs... and that month totally killed it :wtc: i really am quite pissed
    is there anything else i can do to promote weight/strength gain?
    as of now i simply am on christophers routine... is this enough???
    ARRRRGfuck!
    i really wanted to be at about 210 and cut to 200 by september

    well i hope so.. i did lose some strength but i hope that ill gain it back soon.
    i fucking hate being skinny though!!!

    if im on christophers routine how long until im at 200+ do you think? and how many calories should i take in a day to get to that goal?
