    Started bulk diet + weight lifting routine April 18th 2008. Weigh myself when I wake up and go to bed. Go to the bathroom before weighing.

    APRIL

    Friday, April 18th:
    morning: 147.5(lbs)
    night: 151.5

    Saturday, April 19th:
    morning: 149
    night: 152.5

    Sunday, April 20th:

    morning: 150
    night: 153

    Monday, April 21st:
    morning: 150.5
    night: 153

    Tuesday, April 22nd:

    No, not at all, but it takes 5 seconds, and I'm curious so see the weight flux in my body

    I think I can fit that in, if i set my alarm to wake up at 6am and put the scale by my bed. Could be up, weight myself, record it and back asleep all within a minute.
