Fuck..My Right Elbow

    my right elbow is killing me. :wtc:
    it feels like someone is stabbing me with an ice pick right on the tip of it.
    it's very tough for me to do any tri workout.
    my tris are one of my strongest mucles next to my back and bis.
    even if i were to go light it feels like i'm doing absolutely nothing.

    Did you strain it? I had a simular problem about 5 months ago or so, I was arm wrestling and over did it, took it about 6 weeks to not hurt when I used any weight. It's one of those injuries that only time and lack of usage will heal. Blows ass.

    ease up on whatever hurts it and supplement it with something else that doesnt

    i've been able to do nose breakers for 12 reps x's 3 @ 155lbs for quite some time now and one day my elbows just started giving me shit.
    then i resorted to close grip press which is a quater of the pain.

    i broke my elbow last april....still cant bend my arm out straight. sucks so bad
