Two months ago, I finished my bulk and got my bf% tested at 13.6% and started to cut. I'm not on a strict diet, just trying to keep cals around 2000-2500 (trying) and getting 200g of protein/ day and I also take a green tea extract supp (but its weak as hell, its 10x less potent than lean green b/c I needed caffeine free). I can't say I've been 100% consistent with my diet, but on the whole it seems like I've cut the cals down a lot, I go to bed hungry almost every night. I haven't done any cardio but I lift 5 days/ week. I've really been depriving myself of food (not toooo low that I'd be in starvation mode). Anyway, it seems that all my little cheats and unstrict dieting have caught up with me, I got my BF% done today, it was 13.4% and I've lost almost 5lbs. I have NO idea how this happened, but somehow I've lost 5 lbs and no body fat (allthough my thighs have definition they didn't have before). I'm pissed because I have to be lean for 1 month from now, I rented a house in Malibu (right on the ocean and everything) for the summer and I'm having a bunch of friends out. It goes without saying I'm going to get strict on the diet, and I'm going to take sesathin and do cardio every day I'm not in the gym. Anything else I can take (non stimulatory) or do?
