FUCK! jacked up my knee

    i was playing basketball and i went up for a rebound and came down straight to my knees after someone undercut me. i was able to walk it off and the pain subsided about 80% by the end of the game but after getting home and sitting down it hurts like fuck. upon inspection, the little bone on the outside/lower part of my right knee is either sticking out or swollen to a point where it doesnt look like my left knee. what the hell did i do? does this sound serious? should i be expecting to go out clubbing tomorrow(and not be one of the losers holding up the wall)? shit hurts, im icing it right now, ill make a doc appointment on monday. i hope it aint serious :x:

    Ice for 20 then heat for 20. Think that's how it works.

    ice and rest, plus you should wrap it up. i would not go out tomorrow.

    yea the swelling got a little worse and i can barely walk. im playing xbox and icing this bitch all day.

    thanks guys, yea im doing all that right now. plenty of rest ice and compression, and im sitting down with my foot parallel to the floor, is that elevated enough?

    knee problems are the worst. :hs: My right knee has been a little messed up for like 2 months because of playing basketball. It's finally almost getting back to 100%
