so i just started working out again. i'm working to lose about 20 lbs in fat, so i'm going for a lot of weight and low reps, like 4-8. usually by the end of the third set though on whatever muscle group, i get really fucking bad muscle fatigue and they just stop working. i dont care about pain or if it hurts but i can sit there with whatever weight on the last set and push as hard as i can, and nothing. it fucking sucks. any way to minimize this? it fucking pisses me off.
