    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    1 scoop chocolate whey
    2 tbsp oat fiber
    2 packets splenda
    2 tsp cinnamon

Put in a blender, mix until uniform and fluffy. Spay non-stick pan with a quick coat of pam. Cook on med-low heat, flip, done.

I add 2 tbsp skippy natural creamy peanut butter on higher fat days, or walden farms chocolate syrup on lower fat days.

Last time I made them, it came out pretty dry. How's this recipe?

It's a little on the dry side. Even when I use regular ass mrs butterworth's pancake mix it's a little dry though. I have no complaints about it. Keeps me feeling full for a while too.

Yeah it was still edible. Heck, it was protein so I was loving it!

Next time, I'll try folding whipped egg whites in (Belgian waffle style) to see if that works.

Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix with chocolate whey. Spread some natty pb on top and some sugar free syrup. Shit is so good!

According to numbers already in FitDay...

Cal 265, Fat 7.2, Carbs 30 (I couldn't find oat fiber so had to guess from a label on google, 26 of the total carbs are fiber) Protein 43.7

If you add 2 tbs of PB...

Cal 450, Fat 23.2, Carb 37 (same thing as above), protein 51.

Sounds about right. The oat fiber I use has something like 30g carbs, but 26g of that is fiber.

So today I added vermont sugar free syrup on top of the peanut butter (5g carbs in 1/4 cup, used like a tbsp). Holy fuck. I'm so in love with breakfast again.

Doesnt have to be oat fiber. Any sugar free, non flavored fiber powder should work. Look for psyllium husk powder...should be easier to find.

Just go with pure maple and burn those extra cals in the gym. Honey is great too.

Fuck you....any sugar and I crash. My body does not process high GI carbs well at this point.

Yeah. For the most part the foods I eat don't change. When I load up on carbs, I crash, take a nap, wake up, fart my brains out, and walk around feeling like shit for a day or two.
