    I was doing bent over flys, super setting them with barbell front raises, my form was on point, everything was fine but i was really trying to get a good pump doing higher reps.

    nothing hurt in the gym but now that im home i have a pain when i lift my arm or do a lat spread for example in my rear delt/upper lat where it meets.

    its not agonizing but i feel it if i move my arm/shoulder around.

    do you guys think i just over worked it a bit/its sore?

    You're probably fine. IMO leave it alone. If you're concerned, get some a.r.t. or deep tissue done to it, you most likely just tweaked it.

    thats never happened to me, honestly i have hardly ever injured anything other than dislocating my shoulders a gazillion times which were already fucked up from playing ice hockey all my life, but recently nothing, i think its just irritated/overworked a bit.

    im just a paranoid faggot, i dont want to have to take a year off and end up looking like Mr. Pelham. Then again for that to happen I'd have to inject myself with pure lard EOD for the next year and estrogen.

    External and Internal Rotator stretches. Got me back in the gym after partically tearing my right rotator from football, I'm actually better then before.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Seriously though, be careful with the high rep front raises. Every single time I do those for more than 2 sets I end up with shoulder pain the next day. Granted, I have previous shoulder injuries, but front raises seem to irritate them more than anything else.

    Horrible advice. You don't want your rotator cuffs to be loose, that's what causes problems and makes them pop out of place.

    You should be strengthening your rotator cuffs and properly warming them up before problematic exercises (usually incline pressing).

    Exactly. Stretching them out is definitely detrimental.

    From someone who has had a history of shoulder problems over the years with a tear in my teres minor from Division II football after seeing 3 different therapists and plenty of trainers I think I know my shoulder health.

    Now sit down and shut the fuck up until you actually know what you are talking about.
