    First here is the deal...

    I've gone through probably the shittiest 6 months of my life lately. Gone through a divorce, lost motivation to workout, haven't ate right, working all the time etc. Anyways I just moved into a new place with a 24/7 gym downstairs and with summer coming up, and being over the divorce I wanna get my ass back into shape. I'm not really interested in getting huge anymore, Id rather just look toned. What should I be doing looking like this?

    ya my chest has always sucked, whats funny though is they aren't really that flabby :o they are pretty solid when i flex. But wtf can I do about that, even when i was in shape my chest was pretty out of proportion :o

    ya I dunno wtf is up with it though because I do a lot of pushups etc. Should I stop working my chest out and just doing cardio like crazy or what?

    wow. I'd whale the fuck out of those pecs for 6 months non stop and nothing else just to get those things in order. then I'd ease into everything else.

    read the sticky, it will get you into shape and no you wont look like a bodybuilder or broly. It will get you into shape, I'd say you have gyno aka bitch tits.

    thats what i'm saying though. A year and a half ago i was hitting the gym HARD, i was putting up like 250 on the bench and they still fucking looked like that, maybe a tad smaller :dunno:

    oh..and so I dont get bashed im not a newb, when i was stationed in monterey and hitting the gym 4x a week I was following the so you wanna look like a bodybuilder thread, so I know how to lift, I guess im more or less asking the best way to tone my ass up ie what cardio and lifting routine to use with how I look :o


    and no im not magically trying to look like bateman by summertime or anything, but since ive lifted and been in shape in the not so distant past I assume it wont take too much to get me back...hopefully :hsd:

    I think thats what it is, looking at pics online of dudes with gyno they look a lot worse ...when i jump and down they dont bounce like bitch tits or anything ...its probably just from not lifting last 6 months + eating not so great :hs:

    but maybe it is....which fucking sucks if thats the case....what exactly can you do for that shit?

    No matter how much muscle you have your chest will always look like that. You have some pretty bad gyno it looks like to me, sorry buddy. :wtc: It's caused by hormones and other crappy factors. Could be somewhat reversible. :)

    It comes in different quantities too so just because you don't have huge jublies doesn't mean it isn't gyno. Post more pictures so that we may admire your breasts.

    everyone here seems to be emphasizing gyno treatment but really your primary concern should be lifting weights and eating healthy I would think.


    What kind of equipment does your gym have? Squat rack? dumbbells? benches?

    ya ok :rofl: ive seen plenty of guys 10x worse than me and its not like im a fatass or unattractive and dont get pussy or anything

    i guess i can go to the doctor since its free (since im military) and see what they say about the hormones, but there is no way im getting surgery :rofl:

    especially because very rarely do i have my shirt off, i look fine with clothes on...not worth 1000's to me :dunno:
