How the hell do Milos' guys survive? I cant even fathom what a leg or back day would feel like. Not to mention 90% of these guys are near coma from insulin overuse.

if i was on the amount of drugs that those guys were on, and I had no real job so I could devote the rest of my day to eating and recovery, meh, why not.

    That's insane.

I haven't looked at their workouts but I'm assuming they're in the gym for at least a couple hours a day.

take into account a lot of weight with that many reps x10 exercises= an intense workout.

    no no no...

in a giant set you have 3-11ty exercises and you do them in a circut fashion with no rest between each exercise...

so you'd squat, walk over to the leg press, then the leg ext, then leg curl, calve raise and then finish the set off with some lunges

Not a fan. I'm more of a fan of Branch, Ronnie, or even JJ type training. Heavy hard and to the point w/ enough volume to grow.

I think lots of stylse can work but, Milos sure does, but I wouldn't enjoy that.

i do these all the time. for example, if im doing chest day, my first exercise will be a giant set of flat-bench presses (5x10 either DB press, or BB press) then ill go back to 3x10 (decine press, flyes). so if its leg day, first exercise will be squats 5x10, then back to 3x10 for everything else (seated press, lunges etc). back day would be 5x10 deads then 3x10 for the rest (DB rows, lat pulls, etc)

i dont do giant sets for shoulders though. basically the big 3 ill do 5x10.
