decided to spend it...
Paid $1.69 for a Pelican 1450 and a Gunvault
So I can buy from Cabelas using cash or spend $5 more to to buy your gift card
I guess you're not in sales
I guess you're not in math.
He's asking $180 for a card with a value of $195
I guess you flunked reading/math
Good call Einstein.
I've had the flu for the past 2 days, I must still not be up to 100%. You know, reading numbers and all
It's not like I'm an engineering student or anything
Bump for those who aren't mathematically challenged.
Wish this would have been out 2 days before yesterday (for sphen, that would be last Sunday).
I bought a Marlin 336CS out of their gun library. It was a little older, but functioned flawlessly. They had it marked at $279.99. I talked the guy down to $260, had them look up the coupon they send in the mail which dropped it another $50. All in all, after tax, it was $229 out the door. I r happy deer hunter now.
It might go down here in a bit too as I'm about to find out if they allow the gift cert to pay the credit card bill. lol.
For reference, Cabela's will not let you use a cabela's gift card to pay a Cabela's credit card bill.
Probably because you can use the credit card to buy a gift card.
At JCPenny you can use a Penny's credit card to buy a gift card, and then right away use that gift card to make a payment on your credit card.
Bass Pro has a slight loophole in their system. You can buy a gift cert, and use your rewards card when you buy the cert for 2% credit back. You can then use the gift cert to make your purchase and use your rewards card again for another 2%. 4% back total for just using a gift cert instead of cash.
It may not seem like much, but if you have a BP down the street, you buy more than what you would think so that 4% adds up pretty quick.
There was an 1894 in 44mag there but it sold. That's what I was going to use it towards.
I know the feeling. He had just put it out on the floor that morning. A buddy called me and told me about it. I know it would have sold at $280 within a couple days.
I want one of those pretty bad.
Added pics. To ease in the transaction I'll just send the unedited picture to the buyer upon funds transfer so they can use it online if they want. I'll also send a hard copy next business day
PM'd you about something...
