While I am cutting should I keep my consumption of fruits and veggies low, or can I eat as much as I want?

I was just eating aprictos and they tasted so good, but they have about 100 calories in 6 of them and a bunch of carbs.

You don't want a lot of fruits that are high in sugar while cutting.

Carbs are fine when cutting, and the sugar in fruits is not bad for you. Its the high GI foods that are bad to eat

lancer...sersiouly...shut the fuck up about dieting. Fruit and fruit juices are loaded with simple sugars...and until you have more then 30 pounds of total lbm and a bodyfat under 20 X pi then just stop. Have a big old orange or some grape juice with every single meal while your dieting...you should easily get to a d cup. I have bit my tongue alot around you an even tried to protect you from people here...but your wearing thin with stupid advice. You have ZERO business giving any. So fucking stop

Dont most juices have corn syrup or sweetend with corn syrup? I never drink juice :dunno:

How are you going to say that low GI Fruits (IE:Apples) are bad for you? Besides being semi high in calories? But yes some fruits are bad for you because they are in the 70-80GI Index (Pineapple, Watermelon etc.)

Im also saying that 1-2apples a day isnt going to kill you in your diet...and 80-100carbs is not going to kill you either. :dunno:

you didnt say that. your message was loaded as in ALL fruit is fine...apples by themselves are fine...reAd my post above yours. you need to take time to explain your posts...cause otherwise its a gonna cause a shit storm as usual. Apples one a day or so are fine...they contain pectin which also helps curve appetite.

    Be clear next time...please
