yeah I was looking into the canned fruits, but I really doubt they hold their nutritional value as they are soaked in syrup and shit

Isn't there an argument that frozen fruits and vegetables are actually better nutrientwise.... because they're immediately frozen whereas so called fresh fruits and vegetables lose some due to shipping and shelf life.

umm the fruits and vegetable recommendations are'nt for the vitamins and minerals. You get all the vitamins and minerals you need from a few servings. The reason for those serving sizes is for the fiber.

If there are any local markets, you can get great deals. Usually fresh.

Bananas 99-1.99 kg, 10kg of potatoes 3.99 etc...

i am pretty sure those changes are negligible.

I can't grow my own fruit.

As for buying fruit in bulk, it doesn't even last that long from my past experiences with it? I like blueberries and apples, but god only knows if they are good for me

how about that v8 shit? I know they make a veggie and fruit blend, would that stuff do any good? it'd be a helluva lot cheaper than buying fruits
