Front Squats

    I do my front squats with a wide stance? :wtf: That doesn't make any sense does it? Front squats are supposed to be more for the quads right? So why am I doing it wide-stance?

    i usually go a little wider than shoulder width

    recruit diff part of quads moreso than back

    i use sort of a narrow stance

    For me... narrow for front & overhead squats, wide for back & zercher squats

    Really? Maybe that's why it doesn't hurt my back as much... I don't think I even know how to do normal squats...

    oh sorry, I didn't mean the muscles of the back, I meant moreso than back-squats :doh:

    I've never posted numbers before. :noes: IBweaksauce.

    For front & overhead I'm usually going for 8 - 10 reps, so maybe something like 175 & 145 respectively.

    Zerchers I usually do lower reps on, and end up around 200.

    Back squat is only 300 :o. Its starting to catch up to my dead though. I have major confidence issues when squating. :hsd:

    I really don't see any improvement from doing them.
