front squat, bar placement

    tonight was the first time trying out front squats with weights on. i been doing just the bar to get the form down and i think i have it down right. in the pic, the red spots is where the bar was...also keep in mind i have my left arm raised for the photo. but is this where the bar should be for front squats?

    i think that's about the spot i put mine. i dont think bar placement matters too much on front squats as long as your holding the weight comfortably

    you should be able to put your arms straight out without the bar rolling off
