frist time lifting...

    im 6'3'' 172lbs :o


    I am going to start going to the gym to lift some wieghts... only i have never lifted before. What should i start doing and what should i eat? do i need lots of protien?:hs:

    first thing you should do is figure out a bulking diet.

    adding a protein shake/day isn't going to cut it either.

    i'm on an all you can eat meal plan... at my uni so im eating like 4 times daily big meals too, and im starting the protein
