what the fuck?
how much should i send him a bill for?
he didn't even ask.
one of my friends keeps using my pictures on his website. wadyagonnado
Damn, that's messed up.
Link to the picture? Laura and I are about to send out cards...
I say'd it depends on the circumstances. Was it just a candid at some gathering, or did you have a session with him and his family?
How good of a friend etc etc.
I let my personal friends use my image previews on facebook all the time (they usually leave the copywrite at the bottom).
This was my christmas card...
Mailed out about 55 cards yesterday to family and friends.
"Seasons Greetings from all of us!"
well its ok, hes gay so thats karma enough.
did you want to send yours out as him, his wife, and their kid?
you guys all look alike, and no offense, but your mom is nasty
i was really just kidding. i think it's pretty cool, and it's not even a great picture (they look fine, i just didn't do much PP on it at all, nor did it have any setup).
do you come from a family where you always wear matching outfits for xmas pictures?
my cousins have to do that, and i think it's hilarious.
i want to have fun/different/funny xmas pictures - none of the staged fake BS like i grew up with
another friend of mine, uses one of my websites for his resume
If the picture contains him... I say hes ok to use it. I mean, comeon its not commercial.
Dude, it's a kinda crappy picture of him and his family that you happened to take. What, do you want a dollar for every card your friend sends out? Kinda fucked up. It's not like he's out there using one of your photos to sell brake pads, or something. It's a Christmas card.
oh, you have to know if he was using it to sell brake pads that I'd be all up in his kitchen for some loot
i'll see what i can arrange
It's a fucking friend... who gives a shit?
I'd get a kick out of that
Thanks for a fulfilling laugh
it's a candid of him and his famiry, who cares.
i wish someone sent me a card like that
I'm taking our xmas card pic tonight.
ask him to sign a release form and then once he does turn around and charge him $20 on the spot
