fried vs. boil/bake/broil

    so the general consensus is that fried foods are bad for you. You should opt to bake your food instead. So what makes frying foods, like chicken or eggs, more unhealthy than like boiling or baking?

    I can make eggs by cracking them open and putting them on a frying pan with some Pam spray and fry them.
    I can make eggs by boiling them in hot water until they're cooked.

    so what's the main health difference?

    Satured/trans fats, google them.
