Buy a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store for like 5$ and only eat the meat. Cheaper and better for you.
I can eat a full bird in one sitting.
My friend and I would have competitions. He can eat a full BBQ rotisserie bird (skin and all; he's not fit) in 6min 30sec.

Fried chicken with no skin is pretty good for you
    KFC

    108 grams of chicken
    150 calories
    3.5g fat
    1g saturated fat
    3 g carbs
    26g protein
    150 calories

that has about the same callorie breakdown as whey...

Isn't KFC pressure-boiled in oil or lard or something? Seems like it'd be alot worse for you than the same cut of meat but broiled or BBQ'ed.

Pulling the skin off of fried chicken will not be as healthy as just eating a grilled, baked, boiled, etc.. skinless piece, but nonetheless it is still MUCH better than eating the skin.

According to fitday, every ounce of chicken you eat that is fried (skin not eaten) nearly 2g fat per oz. Compared to their non-fried (skin not eaten) chicken which is less than 1g of fat per oz. I never said there was a huge difference, you made that assumption from my post.

However, if you are eating a standard 8 oz's of chicken (2 chicken breasts) that ends up being a difference of ~ 7g of fat. Not a whole to worry about, but nonetheless a difference, and that difference might matter to someone cutting and counting everything piece by piece.

Personally I think KFC fried chicken sucks. It's too damn greasy. Even though I'm eating clean, after I eat it feels like I smeared grease all over my body.

Now the mashed potatoes and gravy and chicken strips and popcorn chicken are :yum:

Nothing like some Boston Market Meatloaf + mac&cheese + creamed spinach + roll.

Feels like you get a solid home cooked meal while eating out.
