    shit , there's 60cm and 80 cm. im guessing 80cm is for someone with massive wrists??

    80's are for benching the big weight. But I'd still recommend Inzer wrist wraps. Metals are good, but have lost a lot since the original all-blacks.

    so I should get a pair of 60's. I just want to get a pair for training because my wrists have been aching lately after heavy pressing days, something that would help them support.

    i got rid of the poster too from their free shipping last time. it was the little kid one looking up at like 500 pounds in a monolift, right? :mamoru:

    i don't know which one you're talking about....however, i'd rather spend my money on something like the Inside-Out dvd which will help improve my workouts
