ADVISE: YOU ARE GOING TO FUCKIN KILL YOURSELF
be sure to tuck and roll when you land on your head from a 20ft jump, it'll be fine.

i've done it before, a lot harder than it looks

i'd say to start by doing a TON of bodyweight exercises and work on your flexibility

Start running and get your stamina up. Grip, upper body strength, jumping, etc will especially get you far.

Don't worry at all about tricking and just get the basics down and your endurance up. Start with the basic concept of parkour then work your way up to free running and tricking.
