    If you can't afford Photoshop and think the GIMP is a little buggy and :hsugh: then check out Paint.NET.

    It's developed by WSU with help from MS and is meant to be a replacement for the Paint program what comes with Windows. It is more advanced that Paint however and supports things such as layers.

    If you have the .NET framework already installed then it is only a 4.26MB download - if not you'll have to get .NET from http://www.windowsupdate.com (I think it's 20+ MB).

    I used the GIMP on Windows all summer and didn't have any problems with it :dunno:
