In light of the recent terrorist attacks in London, President Chirac has
officially raised the French terror alert from 'Run' to 'Hide'.

There are only two higher alert levels in France, which are 'Surrender'
    and 'Collaborate'.

The rise was precipitated by a recent fire which destroyed France's white
flag factory - effectively crippling their military.

I sometimes can't cross the road for the French Army, when they are taking part in excercices at Otterburn near where I live in England. :hsugh:

Sometimes there's a whole convey of them and I can't cross the road to get to the chippy. :hs:

There was one time I was walking down the street and the scene was like something from World War 2 with convoy upon convoy of Belgium Army Trucks. :hsugh:

The traffic is of course mainly British Army but we also have a lot of foreign armies training there from countries such as Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Norway and even East European Countries. :)
