Hey guys! First i just really wanna say thanks to everybody who has been answering my n00b questions and helping me out with this thing. And also thanks for all the brollies out there who aren't dbags and are encouraging and whatnot. I really appreciate it and couldn't have done it without you. :greddy: anyways, enough homo stuff.

I started towards the middle/end of september wanting to lose the fat I had on me. My starting weight was 251lbs. :( I could barely put up 115 or 135 for bench, i couldn't run for anything longer than 2 minutes, and i didnt really appreciate myself. I was wearing a size 38-40 pant and always large or in some cases xl shirts.

Now i'm down to 222lbs and i'm going strong! :) I can do alot more on every lift, i can run for a solid 7 minutes, i'm wearing medium - large shirts, and i've dropped down to a size 36 in pants. :big grin::big grin::big grin:

    Thanks guys! :big grin:

    Good job!!

Keep it up, the n00b gains are gonna end soon and if you don't stick with it you will start to get discouraged.

They kinda already are... i mean not really but sorta. I'm not able to put on another 10 lbs a week when i lift certain things. but it's okay. as long as i get sexy and jacked and cut and feel/ and am healthy.... that's all i care about. :wavey::x::wiggle:

Well, you came in asking specific questions and it was obvious you had already done some reading on your own. When you don't ask us to hold your hand and wipe your ass for you we help out.

    Keep it up.
