It's only Thursday All my posts got pruned, gotta start a new thread Basically started in late March of this year, started out at about 230lbs. Today I am at 184lbs. Going to cut some more and start some lifting real soon Gym membership is imminent Height - 6' Weight - 184lbs. Basically back in March, cut out soda and fast food, and was taking walks 3 times a week. The walking only lasted 2 weeks. No exercise, but the weight loss stayed as I maintained my diet. Started getting lazy and eating fast food, but I would get unsweetened iced tea with like the grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, and no french fries on the side, or just go to subway or other sandwich shops and make sandwiches with turkey and no cheese/mayo/oil, or soft chicken tacos with no cheese. Weight is still coming off as I maintain the diet But I should start implementing cardiovascular exercise. Tried jogging, but running in the city is fucking boring, so I'm going to invest in a decent mountain bike and find some trails, apparently theres tons on the outside of the Phoenix area. Will try to post pics soon.
