I recently discovered that form is by far the most important factor in the sport of body building\weight lifting. I learned this from a friend who used to be a break dancer, so when he lifts, his form is motherfuckaROBOTIC. He never gets injuries, he makes good gains despite his diet being shit.

I tried concentrating on form recently and I found out it is 100x more effective, even with light weights. You don't need to lift heavy, or have a good diet, you just need to focus on FORM.

It's obviously not what I mean asshole, but you don't have to lift heavy enough weights that tear your ligaments and tendons and shit, and you end up having to take a 3 week break or even surgery, and you lose all your gains and more. In other words, stop lifting with your joints and start using your muscle. This is what form does.

perfect diet > perfect form IMO
in regards to progress wether it be cutting OR bulking.

but on the other hand, you have to make lots of sacrifices in life and utilize impeccable time management to strive for perfect diet.

all you have sacrifice to strive perfect form is a little bit of weight on whatever you are lifting.

No, just do chest and bi's. That's the only thing you need to do.

The importance of diet is directly tied to how good, or how bad, your genetics are.

People around here are always throwing out how diet is 70,80,90% of progress, and that simply isn't true for everyone. If you have crappy genes for building and holding muscle, yes having a perfect diet is going to be fairly important. If you lean towards the high end of average and above average, not so much. If you have good genes for muscle/athleticism, getting a "perfect" diet is just a pain in the ass to maintain.

wow you have changed my mind none at all.

    Perfect diet > Perfect form.

Seriously, how good or bad your genetics are is going to affect everything about lifting, and everything about life, thus to argue genetics is kind of silly.
