    #2 ingredient - Whey
    #3 Ingredient - Whey protein concentrate
    #5 Ingredient - Milk protein concentrate

    I should have got picks, but here's my mextacular black been recipe:

    drain a can of Bush's black beans then dump into sauce pan
    add a couple table spoons of salsa (Ortega mild)
    add half a packet of chili seasoning
    heat on medium/low for 5-10 minutes

    dump them in a crock (ceramic bowl or whatever) and cover with mexican velveeta. Broil in the oven for a couple minutes until cheese is melted and lightly toasted. Proceed to piss your pants for the overwhelming deliciousness.

    I haven't tried it, but you could probably dump all these same ingredients in the microwave.

    5g protien, 80 cal... not bad, not a ton of fat... :dunno: Lot of other shit tho, all those preservatives can't be good for you :eek:
