whats a good lift for them because all i really do right now is wrist curls with 45 dbs. Dont wanna have my biceps look out of proportion with the rest of my arm.

i like doing reverse grip bb curls. i actually don't do these on its own, but it's part of the way i do my clean and press, when i lower the bb.

There's something about working my forearms and biceps where I have to poop during or shortly after my workout. My arms are so fucked up from working out that I can barely reach my ass to wipe. :eek4:

Mine just grew with my lifts. They get targeted hard on my back days when gripping heavy or on shrugs without straps.

I dunno. I have 16" forearms when pumped. Never done any forearm specializations. They get murdered if you're gripping the bar right.

I know it's played out...but could be genetics. Honestly deadlifting and rows and all the other back work leave my forearms tight to the point where I can't even ungrip the bar sometimes. I feel like they actually get more work than my back.

Just do all your exercises without straps or gloves. Although if you really want to throw something in, I would say farmer's walks are probably the best.

it's one muscle group I will say that is strictly genetics. I've tried it all and still sitting around the same size. I have never used straps a day in my life and have made different variations of things.

in my trial and error, farmers walk does give me a nice pump. lightweight hammer curls. high rep bb rows (overhand grip)

there is no reason to hold it straight out, it's just gonna fatigue your shoulders

I've been at trial and error stages of forearms for over 2 years now. It's by far my weakest body part and looks like shit when you compare 15" forearms to 20" arms
