Can anyone recommend a nice device to help build up my forearms just to use around the house?
drive real fast with your hand out the window and gradually extend...return to previous position and repeat
edit: I"ll give ya real advice. Buy some of the those grippers and squeeze the hell out of them. Also, people take a short pole and wrap rope around it with a weight and then roll it up and then roll it back down.
I realize it was a pretty stupid question but if you saw how skinny my forearms are you'd realize that it wouldn't take much to build them up a bit

Hold arms perpendicular to your body and roll the thing up and down
buy a sub and search.
there's no reason to hold it perpendicular, it's just going to fatigue your shoulders before your forearms.

hang your arms over a ledge/table/whatever so just your hands are off the edge with your forearms, elbows resting on the table..and roll that thing up
yeah, i'd say that shit is the best workout for forearms. Burns like hell.

i was holding it out like that to increase the length of the rope. maybe i'll do it the other way and do more sets
