when i try to work bi's and decide to do curls i can do a good 10 reps then right as i put down the weight my forearm kills. its been like that forever. it hurts along the left side of forarm(if palm is facing you) and pain is more towards the wrist than towards the elbow. what could be causing this?? could it be my grip on the bar?

    need help on this

I use to get that and a million people use to get that aparently since it's posted on so often. I took a break from doing those kind of curls and stuck to hammer curls for awhile and viola, fixed.

That's basically how I got rid of mine. My shoulders used to hurt after a bunch of seated triceps extentions. I worked my shoulders a little more then my arms and that went away too.

When you're done, release your grip on the bar slowly. This seems to help for most people.
